STEM Education can empower girls to do things beyond their limitations. Thasuni is a highly talented kid rising as a Girl in Technology in Shilpa Sayura NextGen Kids program.
She already followed Scratch Master, Microbit Master coding courses and Photography course in 2020 during the Covid-29 break. She graduated as a Scratch Grand Master taking the 25 problem Master challenge. Not many girls in her age did that well.
Now she is following Web Designing and Japanese Manga art courses. She also taught in the Junior Coding program for younger kids as an assistant teacher.
Thasuni is an emerging star in NextGen Kids program. She had the energy and talents. We gave her a sky and little light with training to shine bright.
So give your kid also a chance to grow up like Thasuni gaining silks and confidence for the technology driven society tomorrow. Get your kid into NextGen Kids program.

Online Tools Training for Public Officers
Shilpa Sayura Foundation, and GiT who are online pioneer of community and internet information technology in Sri Lanka, has designed the Online Worker Sri Lanka 2021, which provides training for government officials on the use of online tools.
It covers the use of Gmail, calendar, groups, drive, keeps, docs, sheets, slides, blogger as well as zoom, trello tools provided by Google for free for online working.If you would like to participate, fill out the form below and apply. The first group starts on December 8.

ඊට ඔබගේ අවශ්යතාවය පරිදි තෝරාගත හැකි නොමිලේ ලබාදෙන සති 4 ක් මූලික පාඨමාලාවක් හා සහනදායී අයකිරීමක් සහිත සහතික සහ විධායක මට්ටමේ පාඨමාලා දෙකක් සතියේ දිනවල රාත්රී 7.30 - 8.30 අතර කාලයේ සිංහල මාධ්යයෙන් Online පවත්වයි.

මෙම හැකියා ICT විෂය නිර්දේශයට අයත් එහෙත් බොහෝ ළමුන්ට ඉගෙනීමට අවස්ථාව නොලැබේ. එම දැනුමෙන් හා විශේෂ හැකියාවලින් ඔබේ දරුවා ජාත්යන්තර මට්ටමේ සුපිරි දක්ෂයෙකු බවට පත්කරන මෙය අනගි තෝරා ගැනීමකි.
අධ්යාපනය නව්යකරණය සඳහා UNESCO සහ ITU WSIS ජාත්යන්තර සම්මානලාභී ශිල්ප සයුර විසින් ක්රියාත්මක කරයි.

Graduation Day 2020
Today is a special day for us! Certificates will be awarded online tonight at 7.30 pm to students who have excelled in the Scratch Master Challenge by acquiring computer programming knowledge so far from the Next gen Kids program we launched in April 2020 to provide online education to children trapped at home by the Corona epidemic. The specialty here is the whole program End to End Digital. Shilpa Sayura successfully provided them with a paperless digital education. We will move further in education innovation in 2021.
